This float is amazing! I'm not into root beer, but if it's Framboise Lambic (Lambic beer blended with raspberries)-I'm in! We added Framboise to vanilla ice cream and this combination makes me swoon! I was introduced to this at Pix Patisserie and can't believe it never occurred to me to try this. Yum.

Cravings

sooo tastey! Glad to turn you on to a really yummy dessert! I have been meaning to try the Peach Lambic with vanilla ice cream... I bet that is super tastey as well!
