I longed for my Portland coffee the entire time. 

Addicted.

In Texas...

The little one swooned over cars, airplanes and

tractors.

The heat was intense, so much so that the

zucchini was sweating!

My Grandma reminds me of Frida Kahlo.

She can create something beautiful from anything.

The desert landscapes of prickly cactus, tumbleweeds

and cappuccino sand are beautiful.

Frida my Twinsie

I had fun painting this big portrait of Frida a few years

ago. It hung out with me at the Portland Sat Market...

Until people would ask if that was me.

"Forget the jewelry, is that you?"

I think I would have that same unamused look on my face.
